冷再生拌和機(jī)工作原理是配備一個裝有若干個硬質(zhì)合金刀具的切削轉(zhuǎn)子，轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)時，向上切削泥土，在拌和罩內(nèi)被切削下的泥土與撒布的緩凝水泥進(jìn)行充分均勻地混合，見圖11。當(dāng)工作深度一旦確定時，轉(zhuǎn)子的切削深度將由傳感器感應(yīng)并傳達(dá)至控制系統(tǒng)，從而保證拌和深度，達(dá)到最佳拌和要求。在冷再生拌和機(jī)工作時，其行進(jìn)速度為5~8m/min，同時配有專人跟機(jī)每隔15~20m檢查拌和深度，并配合再生機(jī)操作人員及時調(diào)整拌和深度，嚴(yán)禁出現(xiàn)拌和不到位的夾層現(xiàn)象。

The working principle of the cold recycling mixer is equipped with a cutting rotor equipped with several hard alloy cutting tools. It is strictly prohibited to have interlayer phenomena where the mixing is not in place.
