水泥就地冷再生施工控制要點

1、混合料佳含水量現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測辦法，一手抓起一把混合料，用力握實，然后松手讓其自由落向地面，正常會立即摔散花，里面沒有小團料。反復試驗，介于落地松散和抱團之間的臨界含水量即佳含水量，一般比試驗單上的佳含水量數(shù)值多1%-2%。

2、作業(yè)施工水罐車停車時一定要離開已施工或待施工水泥已攤鋪路面，以防止漏水引起的局部水大。

4、避免犯“過壓”的錯誤，即過度壓實。若達到材料的大密實度后仍然繼續(xù)碾壓，則會破壞材料，反而降低其密實度。
