使用冷再生機路面平整工作是如何進行的？

冷再生機技術已經是道路施工中較為常見的一種機器了，在使用冷再生機后的路面平整工作該如何進行呢？

壓路機對再生層穩(wěn)壓后，再生材料基本能夠處于穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)，但仍不能完全消除再生機的輪跡，此時的輪跡深度約為0.5～1cm。

當完成兩幅再生并全部穩(wěn)壓后，用平地機進行整平，一遍整平的目的是消除一幅、二幅右側共三排輪跡。二遍整平主要是為了把刮刀前的再生料均勻地攤開，同時兼顧再生層的橫向、縱向的坡度。然后再進行全作業(yè)段的找平。

平地機對再生層找平后，如仍存在輪跡、麻面、局部骨料集中等現(xiàn)象，則需人工進行修補。方法是用再生新料將輪跡、麻面填滿，所用新料應高出再生層0.5cm;將集中的骨料撒開，并用新料填充骨料的縫隙。
After leveling the reclaimed layer by grader, if there are still wheel tracks, pockmarked surface, local aggregate concentration and other phenomena, it needs to be repaired manually. The new material should be 0.5cm higher than the recycled layer; the concentrated aggregate should be scattered, and the gap of aggregate should be filled with new material.
