冷再生機機械保養(yǎng)注意事項？

天氣清冷之前，機械該如何進行保養(yǎng)呢？

一、清洗外表
1、 Clean the exterior
冷再生機在施工過程中會有大量的灰塵落到再生機的表面，包括施工中沾污的油跡等污染物，影響外觀事小，更為嚴重的是成為腐蝕的誘發(fā)因素。
During the construction of cold regenerator, a large amount of dust will fall on the surface of the regenerator, including oil stains and other pollutants in the construction, which has little influence on the appearance, and more seriously, it becomes the inducing factor of corrosion.
1.清洗工程機械的柴油機、底盤、工作裝置的外表,除垢、除油保持再生機的外觀整潔。

二、 保養(yǎng)轉(zhuǎn)子及其罩殼和滑靴

1.檢查轉(zhuǎn)子是否有水泥結垢等，及時清理灰塵，對需要割除、焊接的刀具及時更換；

2.清理轉(zhuǎn)子罩殼上的灰塵，并在施工結束收車時將轉(zhuǎn)子罩殼墊起地面5-10公分，防止雨雪的浸蝕；

三、減速機齒輪油的更換方式
3、 Replacement method of gear oil for reducer
準備事項：
Preparation:
1、場地:要求無塵硬化路面，面積應在200平方米左右，盡量是庫房，但要有足夠25噸的吊車的工作高度和半徑。
1. Site: it is required to harden the road surface without dust. The area should be about 200 square meters. It should be a warehouse as far as possible, but there should be enough working height and radius of 25 tons of crane.
2、設施：25噸吊車一臺（20噸也可以）。

3、配件：進口美孚齒輪油9升、衛(wèi)生紙10卷、塑料帶20個、廢油桶2個、緊固膠262/340一支、密封膠587一支、黃油一袋，細線繩20米、 12 *45的帶母螺栓30套、4*30開口銷10個。
3. Accessories: imported Mobil gear oil 9L, 10 rolls of toilet paper, 20 plastic belts, 2 waste oil drums, a 262 / 340 fastening glue, 587 sealant, a bag of butter, 20 meters of string, 30 sets of 12 * 45 female bolts and 10 4 * 30 split pins.
4、工具：10、16、18、19、21、22、24、30套筒和扳手至少一套、快速扳手及長、短接桿各一、加力桿一根、30的輪胎扳手、10毫米的內(nèi)六角扳手、55的活口扳手兩把、小號活口扳手一把、小號的老虎鉗一把、手鉗一把、一字螺絲刀一把、大小錘頭各一、撬棍兩根，配備氣動扳手和氣泵，能提高工作效率。
4. Tools: at least one set of 10, 16, 18, 19, 21, 22, 24, 30 sockets and spanners, one quick wrench and one long and short extension rod, one afterburner, 30 tire wrench, 10 mm hexagon wrench, two 55 adjustable spanners, one small loose end wrench, one small vice, one hand vice, one slotted screwdriver, one hammer head and two crowbars Pneumatic wrench and air pump can improve work efficiency.
（減速機油位及減速機油的檢查：先切斷電源，等待減速機冷卻后打開放油螺塞，檢查油是否充滿，避免漏油， 取油樣，檢查油色澤及粘度指數(shù)，如果油明顯渾濁，建議盡快更換。新減速機使用后（500-1000）小時更換新油（將內(nèi)部污油沖干凈），其后每使用1500小時需要更換油一次，但是在使用過程中，仍需要檢查油的質(zhì)量，若油有老化、變質(zhì)情況要隨時更換。）
